Glimpse of a paper journal

I kind of spilt wax on my last paper journal

I think it sort of adds to the effect, though.

I've been paper journalling for about four years now, and I wouldn't swap it for the world :)

I only started writing in a paper journal again. another good thing about paper journals - practicing handwriting ;)

the spilt wax does add a nice effect :)

I wrote in a paper journal from 1999 - 2002 and then stopped. I miss it sometimes but I haven't had the desire to pick it up again. I think blogging stops me from journaling a bit... Who knows, I may start again in the future.

I have never done well journalling on paper. I do however have a journal addiction. I love buying notebooks, journals, paper...

yeah, I need help.

I journaled on paper before I started my blog. This post makes me want to start again. There is something freeing about writing when you know no one else will read it.

If you hadn't pointed it out, I'd have thought it came that way! It adds a bit of character--shows that journal has a "life," so to speak. I, too, am a journal-er, though not as regularly as I would like. I teach 5th grade, and I write every time my students write. It's funny--when I'm staring off in space, they think I'm staring them down when I'm really just lost in thought.
